Commission Work We do a variety of commission work for individuals, clubs, other manufacturers, and museums. On larger projects we combine our efforts with James Harr. Below are some examples of commissioned work we have done. This interactive Civil War diorama depicting the Broadway Trestle included lights and sound. This scene was modeled after an event that happened in South Carolina. This 1:24 ferry was built board by board from scratch. Although it won't get handled in the museum, the captain's wheel actually pulls the rope and pulleys and would actually steer the ferry if were in moving water! A creamery from Kyserike, New York. This is a freelance kit-bash from a previous kit we used to sell. The original concept for this came from Tom Johnson. The Lincoln, New Hampshire, railroad station. This is a non-compressed HO scale model of the Woodstock Lumber Mill from Woodstock, NH. It has full interior details. This model was almost 9 feet long. This ia a Colonial Georgian home from Colchester, Connecticut. I'm not sure where the prototype was located, but this was built from supplied photos for Railroad Kits. This is an O scale version of the Weeks Mills Freight House. This interesting little structure was built for the Brocks Lumber Company. This was modeled after their original office building. |
